What is the Summer of Love Campaign?
For years, Lifeway has suffered during summers — at times critically and almost fatally. This year, the ‘Summer of Love’ will change that.
What We Need
- Full time fairly paid staff!
- Manned day centers for the east and west sides
- Expanding the Three Oaks campus location
- A full-time program developer
What Are We Going To Do?
The staff and board, our present and past membership families, and our community partners are going to work a little, have a bunch of fun, and campaign between now and The World Famous Rock-A-Thon in September to raise a part of what we need to make this happen. The total cost is several hundred thousand dollars. There are several ways of raising most of that money : program fees, contributions, foundation and fund grants, etc. Our goal this summer is to raise $40,000. With your help & support we can achieve this! If 100 people raise $400 each, the deed is done.
